A mixed-use development, incorporating residential accommodation, communal leisure facilities and retail units.

Aimed primarily at students, it stands at 36 storeys, making it what will be Yorkshire’s tallest building.

The design references a robust industrial past, using high-quality urban materials, with emphasis on rhythm, order and proportion.
