Conversion of former HMRC offices into 100 luxury one and two bedroom apartments for the private rental sector.
Each apartment benefits from natural light and high ceilings and were designed with a focus on quality and durability, especially in the kitchen and bathroom finishes.
The two bed apartments all have en-suites in the master bedrooms, and each apartment comes furnished, allowing tenants to make the most of their new home and its amenities, which include a concierge service, workspaces, gym, yoga studio, outdoor social area, secure bike storage and EV vehicle charging points.
