Description
The construction of four blocks of student accommodation in a sensitive city conservation area, adjacent to Leicester Cathedral.
The buildings, set around a focal, shared courtyard, range between four and six storeys and incorporate the iconic former bus depot entrance arch.
The scheme provides 567 high quality bedrooms aimed at the post-graduate student market, together with associated communal facilities and external recreational areas.
