Description
We are delighted to have worked on this major PRS scheme in partnership with Cassidy Group UK, Cording Real Estate Group and Winvic Construction. The scheme is located in the centre of Nottingham, near to the landmark Hicking Building and the rail station.
The project comprises a mix of 350 high-quality studio, one and two-bed apartments plus 130 car parking spaces and the site forms part of the wider regeneration of the southern part of Nottingham.
We provided Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultancy and Principal Designer services.
