Description
Redevelopment of land at 671-679 Old Kent Road to create a student housing led scheme, which diversifies the mix of uses in the area and significantly improves the public realm to create green links across the site.
The development includes 267 new student bedrooms, 10% of which are WCH accessible, a “Pocket Park” for the use of the local community and residents, communal indoor and outdoor amenity space for student residents, 275m2 of flexible commercial space at ground floor level fronting onto Old Kent Road, cycle and refuse storage and high quality public realm and landscaping
