Description
Design and Construction of 184 PRS units in 4 blocks, varying from 9 storeys to 5 storeys on 2 independent sites, separated by an operational Burger King Restaurant.
The scheme included 10 town houses, 6 on the North site and 4 on the South.
Works off site included S278 works to the existing highway and footpaths around the site.
Ground floor areas accommodate a number of retail units and hold the plant rooms and parking provision for all units. First floor podium amenity areas have been provided, along with external recreational areas/gardens to the town houses.
