Description
Redditch town centre shopping redevelopment to create an additional 500,000 sq ft of prime retail and commercial space. New incoming tenants include Debenhams (their 100th store), T J Hughes, Wilkinson's, TK Maxx and many more major retailers. The project involved significant modifications to existing mall areas, car parking and incorporates a new town centre bus interchange. The existing centre was fully operational during the redevelopment.
