Description
The project comprised the alteration of a single retail unit into nine micro-business units, and the refurbishment of a single retail unit, and new shopfronts throughout.
The scheme also included the conversion of an existing redundant public toilet block into a new community café and toilet facilities.
This project was part of Westminster City Council’s wider regeneration scheme to improve the local community area.
