Description
The redevelopment of McGrath works depot to provide a high quality, mixed use development creating 476 residential units over two to six storey blocks and a five storey brewery building organised around open courtyards, streets and public spaces accommodating landscaped communal and public gardens along the towpath, shops, cafes, restaurants and workshops on ground floor with residential units above.
