Refurbishment and high quality fit out of redundant office and ancillary areas to provide 6 two and three bedroom apartments at Lower Ground floor level, within an historic residential block.
Works included a new sprinkler system, high quality finishes and fittings and associated external works.
MDA acted as Employer’s Agent, Cost Consult and CDM Principal Designer.
