Description
The Beaulieu site in Essex comprises a significant sustainable urban expansion for the city of Chelmsford. The site is set within the former parkland of King Henry VIII’s Palace, covering 610-acres, and including significant infrastructure works.
The overall site masterplan includes approximately 3,600 new mixed tenure homes, which are being delivered in a number of phases.
This particular phase of 626 homes is being delivered via a number of zones – MDA are appointed on a series of zones, the first of which is zones O & P in which we have provided services on 22 new build flats and 8 new build homes.
