The building, opposite Leicester Cathedral in the centre of Leicester, is in two sections - the first was built in the 18th century and is Grade II Listed and the second was built in the 1930’s.
The building was previously used as an office and shop and has now been restored and converted into a luxury 30 bed boutique hotel.
