Description
Internal refurbishment and fit out of Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s 1841 Grade I listed Old Station building to create a business incubator centre for early stage and start up high-tech entrepreneurial young companies.
The project required a ‘fast track’ delivery to achieve strict deadlines which was successfully achieved.
The project won best of its type in Europe, second best in the world in the University Business Incubator (UBI) Index 2014 and Best Heritage project in the South West Built Environment Awards 2014.
