Construction of a purpose-built, 3 storey care facility for older people, with associated infrastructure, access, parking and landscaping.
The care facility encompasses 66 ensuite bedrooms for general residential and residential dementia service users.
The scheme includes cafes/dining rooms, quiet lounges/family rooms, a library, garden room, cinema and hairdressers.
