Description
Brownfield development comprising the demolition of a series of existing buildings (including asbestos removal) to facilitate the construction of a new centre, together with a day care learning centre, 71 number apartments and extra care facilities.
The existing operations were relocated on the site during the construction phase in order to ensure continuity of service delivery to the existing service users.
