Barley Manor Care Home, situated in the tranquil village of Great Shelford just four miles from Cambridge, offers premium residential, nursing and dementia facilities for senior residents, combining elegance with exceptional care.
This state-of-the-art, purpose-built development includes a 63-bed care home surrounded by thoughtfully designed amenity spaces, landscaped gardens, convenient access routes, and dedicated parking. Each spacious, en-suite bedroom is complemented by multiple inviting communal areas ideal for socialising, dining, and leisure activities. Residents enjoy an array of modern amenities, including a fully equipped gym, cinema, café, private dining facilities and an onsite hair and nail salon.
Constructed by Carter Lauren for Porthaven Care Homes Group, an independent provider of high-quality care for senior residents and individuals living with dementia. Development funding was provided by HSBC Bank plc, with project monitoring overseen by MDA.
