Description
The project comprised the construction of a new four storey building, “The Yard”, within the courtyard of the existing Hugh Aston Building.
The scheme includes a new student advice centre and self-study area to the ground floor, together with three floors of teaching space, the top floor of which can be adapted to create three separate meeting rooms or one large room with external terrace.
MDA acted as Cost Consultant from inception to completion.
