Description
Construction of a new college campus, including new 5 storey building (approx 11,500m²) built on a brown field site comprising state of the art learning spaces, administration, exhibition areas, canteen facilities etc. Multi storey car parking, associated hard and soft landscaping, external services and drainage.
During the works, the whole campus was moved to a new facility, with no shutdowns.
