Description
The scheme consisted the refurbishment of Brookfield House, stables, outbuildings and Heron House, demolition of old extension and construction of new post-graduate teaching centre and business school with link to Brookfield House.
The Scheme has been designed to achieve BREEAM Very Good.
The works were undertaken whilst the campus remained in use.
