Description

Iconic, large mixed-use new build development at Clapham Southside, just off Clapham Common in South London. 

The scheme comprises 80,000ft² shell only commercial space, 294 apartments (186 PRS and 108 affordable), underground basement car parking, gymnasium, break out space, residents amenity lounge and extensive hard and soft landscaped gardens.

The residential units and commercial space are powered by an on site energy centre fed using Ground Source Heat Pump technology.

The main pre-contract challenges were the complex and lengthy deal assembly period and negotiation of the main contract sum and associated development documentation.
