Steve joined the company in 1987 and has been Managing Director since 2006. He is based in the Head Office in London, UK. He is head of the company’s Hotels and Leisure sectors.

Experienced in a variety of projects and sectors including health, education, retail, offices, high end residential, hotels, student accommodation, leisure, industrial and a number of civil engineering schemes.

Experience of projects in Europe, North Africa, Australia, Hong Kong and Caribbean.

Specialist knowledge of fast track and pod construction, fund monitoring and cost planning in the UK and of large leisure projects in the Caribbean and North Africa.

Familiar with most types of price in advance and cost plus contractual arrangements. Contracts used include all those published by the JCT, various bespoke forms, FIDIC forms overseas and the AIA standard form of American contract in the Caribbean.

Steve is a Freeman of the City of London, Vice-Chairman of the Committee of the Oriental Club in Stratford Place and a founding member of the Tiger Club, a luncheon club for property professionals based at the Oriental.

He is a member of the mentoring scheme for the Real Estate courses at the University of Reading and acts as a mentor to two second year students per annum.
