Conrad began his role as a Project Monitoring Surveyor in 2019, has built strong relationships within the industry and has continued to grow his areas of expertise across an extensive array of projects in the UK. 

During his career, Conrad has managed a multitude of due diligence projects in the London office, ranging in value from £500k - £52m including specialist race horse training facilities, hotel construction, industrial, care-home, refurbishment and residential projects.

Conrad is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joined MDA’s Emerging Board in 2024.
