Steve is based in our London office and is responsible for our CDM Consultancy service offering. Steve has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked on projects and programmes of work up to £350m in value in this time. His project experience includes new build, fit out, refurbishment, programme roll out, infrastructure and utilities schemes across both the public and private sectors. Steve’s skills in the CDM consultancy field include assisting Clients and Principal Designers (PD’s) in complying with their respective duties under the CDM Regulations as well as fulfilling the PD role directly.

Sector-wise, Steve has worked in commercial (both developer and end user), retail, residential, education (HE, FE and Schools), health, science, hotels, emergency services and for various local and governmental departments.
