Martin has been a Director of MDA since joining the company in 2007 and is head of the company’s commercial sector. Martin has worked on projects for many of the FTSE Top 100 companies in the UK and has extensive experience on setting up project structures and advising clients on best value. As both a qualified project and cost manager Martin is ideally placed to manage projects on behalf of MDA’s clients.

Martin has worked on a wide variety of complex projects in the commercial, hotel and leisure, education, residential, energy and health sectors in both the private and public sectors. He has in depth knowledge regarding procurement options and advising clients on the optimum form of construction contract for their projects. Martin’s specialisms also include advising Banks and Funders on technical due diligence matters and mitigating risks on projects.
