Chris joined MDA Consulting in 2016, having worked previously at a national project monitoring specialist firm and more recently heading up the project monitoring service for the South West at a large corporate FTSE-100 firm. Chris, who is based in our Bristol office, leads the South West and South Wales project monitoring team.

Chris has been working in the construction industry since 2004 and has a proven track record in establishing strong and lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and the wider professional community. He is experienced in the successful delivery of projects and professional services, and has a comprehensive understanding of property development specialising in Recovery & Restructuring and Funder Due Diligence. 

Chris has a wealth of experience delivering a variety of projects ranging in value from £500k - £80m including hotels, health care facilities, residential, industrial, student accommodation, extensive refurbishment (listed buildings) and commercial premises. These have utilised differing forms of contracts and bespoke agreements. 

Chris holds a well-respected position within the industry where his opinion / expert advice is often sought out by Banks, Borrowers and Developers alike. This open and helpful dialogue helps nurture the existing relationships and often leads to recommendations with ‘new’ Clients. 

Chris is also Director of MDA - LC Mann Ltd, the specialist insolvency division of MDA Consulting Ltd. Chris has provided key advisory support for clients on many UK construction insolvencies and delivered a multitude of services to banks, asset based lenders and insolvency practitioners. Chris also spent 6-months on secondment with RBS Business Restructuring Group in 2010, largely to assist with distressed developments.
