Chris joined MDA as an Associate Director in 2023. Chris, who is based in our Leicester Office, works within the Project Monitoring team where he leads the East Midlands Project Monitoring team.

Chris, who trained as a Building Surveyor, has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry working for several large disciplinary firms located in the East Midlands.

Chris specialised in Project Monitoring back in 2016 when he joined a specialist project monitoring company based in the Midlands and where he spent 7½ years. During that time Chris managed schemes between £500k-£80m in sectors ranging from Purpose Built Student Accommodation, residential, industrial, manufacturing, care homes and extensive refurbishment including within Listed Buildings.

Chris’ pragmatic approach and technical skill set enables him to develop strong links with clients, consultants and contractors. Through these strong links Chris can help nurture existing relationships and often leads to recommendations with new clients.

Chris is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
