University of Leicester - Brookfield School of Business

We are delighted that our project Brookfield School of Business at Leicester University has been shortlisted in the Construction Project of the Year category of the East Midlands Property Awards 2021.

The scheme consisted the refurbishment of Brookfield House, stables, outbuildings and Heron House, demolition of old extension and construction of new post-graduate teaching centre and business school with link to Brookfield House. 

The Scheme has been designed to achieve BREEAM Very Good.

The works were undertaken whilst the campus remained in use.

MDA acted as Cost Consultant to Leicester University.
