Two MDA Projects Shortlisted for the ProCon Leicestershire Ltd Awards 2024

We are delighted that two MDA projects have been shortlisted for the ProCon Leicestershire Ltd Awards 2024:

The Saxons in the Large Residential project of the year category 

We acted as employer’s agent, cost consultant and CDM principal designer on this conversion of former HMRC offices into 100 luxury one and two bedroom apartments for the private rental sector.

Leicester College Engineering Block in the Small Non-Residential project of the year category

We acted as cost consultant on this scheme to transform the Abbey Park Campus into a state-of-the-art hub for T-Level engineering students.

We are looking forward to the Awards Ceremony in November.
