The Shires Official Opening

We were very pleased to attend the official opening of our project, The Shires Extra Care Village in Moseley, Birmingham. 

The scheme consists of a new build extra care village, comprising 72 luxury one and two bedroom apartments with a wide range of facilities, including reception with office, coffee lounge/bar, village hall, hairdressing/beauty salon, fitness/leisure suite, shop, library, communal courtyard and gardens and enclosed winter gardens with internal atrium.

We acted as cost consultant and project manager on this superb scheme.
