Luckily the rain held off for our end of defects inspection at The Queen's Club. 

We acted as cost consultant, project manager and contract administrator on this project, which included demolition of existing brick boundary wall and erection of new boundary wall with additional access points and associated tree planting.

Demolition of 3 existing outdoor tennis courts and practice area and lowering of ground level for the construction of 4 replacement courts, together with associated infrastructure for a new two-court air-dome enclosure. 

Construction of a new storage screen and plant enclosure, and the reconfiguration of 6 existing outdoor courts and associated infrastructure for an existing air-dome enclosure, including a new car park layout.
