New build, state-of-the-art Racehorse Training Centre (RT) complex, comprising a main stable yard of 40 boxes, a secondary stable yard of 20 boxes, an isolation yard of 7 boxes, trainer’s accommodation, horse walkers, machinery store and lunge ring, alongside the residential development of 42 apartments provided on site.

The project consists of six phases, which will build the site from a small stable yard to the final residential sector, with scope for further phases in the future.

The site previously comprised of an existing Racehorse Training Centre in need of a major revitalisation. The Centre remained operational throughout, and the existing owner has taken residence in the new trainer’s accommodation.
