Our Prague office is delighted to be providing project management, cost management, site supervision and safety control services to Passerinvest Group on this new build residential scheme to provide 72 apartments over eight storeys.

Each apartment will have a balcony or terrace and at the heart of the building is a grand atrium with greenery, glass roof and panoramic lifts, creating a social space for the building’s inhabitants.

The building has three underground levels, including 84 parking spaces.

The scheme also includes a nursery in a separate two storey building.
