Hartford Point in Slough is nearing completion.

We are acting as independent monitoring surveyor on this new build residential scheme for Feltham Properties and Paragon Development Finance.

Hartford Point is located next to Burnham Crossrail station and within easy reach of Reading and London.

The scheme provides 75 one and two bedroom apartments, and includes a large communal roof terrace of over 2,500ft2 with usable attractive amenity space, including landscaping, gym, hardwood bench seating, tables and shelters.

External landscaping, 60 undercroft car parking spaces, cycle storage and refuse facilities are located at ground floor level.
