Description
MDA were appointed to act as Independent Certifiers by the developer of a mixed use residential and retail scheme in Earlsfield in which M&S were taking the retail lease.
MDA had to review the relevant contractual documentation and opine on whether works had been undertaken in accordance with their specification and contractual clauses. This was completed to the satisfaction of all parties and allowed M&S time to take possession and start their fit out works.
