Apex Hotel, Bath

Work is about to start on site on the construction of a new £30m hotel, where our Bristol office has been appointed as Cost Consultant and CDMC by Edinburgh-based Apex Hotels Group.

The scheme is a 177-bedroom full service hotel with conference facilities, in the Bath Conservation Area.

It will be the Group’s tenth hotel and its first development outside London and Edinburgh.

Demolition of Kingsmead House was completed in July 2015, clearing the way for construction to begin.

The new hotel is due to open in Summer 2017.
